 | | I'd bookmarked this Brocade Pink Rug earlier when I was browsing through the IC site, but was stumped as to what I'd do with it. However, as soon as I saw that the current ODBD challenge was no designer paper, that gave me a great starting point.
A2 base. I stamped a Hero Arts stamp on pink Bazzill with white, grey and pink inks, then added a black pen border and gems in the corners. I stamped the brocade image again on white card after stamping off once, and centred the Scripture verse over it, stamping in grey. I layered it up on more pink Bazzill, sponged both edges with black and popping it up on foam dots. I didn't think the modern look of the brocade rug called for anything more! |
