I tried the Faux Dry Embossing technique for the Try a New Technique Challenge. I watercolored for the Crazy For Coloring Ways to Use it challenge, and I CASED Albongo's gallery forFeatured Stampers Challenge! She has a wonderful gallery; be sure an browse it. Don't go by my card, as I am a little disappointed in it. I did need a sympathy card, and found this beautiful one was in Ali's gallery. Roses She colors and cuts prettier!
So, this is also for the All Occassion Card Challenge which was to use our favorite tools. Welol, I love my Big Shot and I used it to cut the topnote, which is a favorite die, and the spellbineder label 6 is a favorite, too! Also, I love to watercolor, but usually don't take the time! TFL

This is lovely indeed. The faux dry embossing looks great ( have yet to try that myself) the frame is a fancy touch to a rather hard card to make. I am sure she will appreciate your thoughtfulness!

That lavender is so pretty!!! Makes me think of the wisteria that just finished blooming. I REALLY like how your ink matches too! I need to try that! Great job!
