Bird in a Cage

today we were to take inspiration from Graham and Green site... I chose THIS BIRD CAGE AS MY INSPIRATION.

after stamping musical score, I stamped the branch and coloured it... I then stamped the cage and bird, cut it out, put it on dimensionals and placed on card....I also sponged all layers on the edges with Antique linen to make it look older...I also cut scalloped border at top and placed on card to match scalloped oval.....

LOVE this!! The birdcage is so delicate and vintage looking..the branch is wonderfully colored and really shows off your cage...the bg paper is perfect...my kind of card!
