That damask background was individually stamped! I used a Stampamajig placement tool to help me.

Colleen this is one beauty of a card. I love your damask stamped background. The colors make the flowers pop on your card. Love that ruffled ribbon border and the sprinkling of the teal rhinestones on this. A very attention grabbing beauty!
