There was no layout needed for this photo that just captures my boy in his element teaching my niece how to swim. Michael teaches at the local YMCA, and last week I got this note on my Facebook page from a friend, who I originally met through a mutual friend of ours.
"I have finally figured out who your son is....he's "Mike T"!!! We LOVE Mike T!!! He's sooo amazing with the kids AND funny, sweet, charming - frankly, just lovely. He's taught my son and we both ADORE him. You must be ssooooo proud of both your boys. You've guided these lovely souls on their life journey so well. Mega cool!!"
I wanted to scrapbook the message, and capture his spirit in a way I rarely get to see as he is off at work.
I used My Digital Studio and just made the photo fill the whole page. It was one of my first photos with my new DSLR and I love how even the water droplets were captured. The only embellishments I used were 3 small digital rhinestones. Two stamp images, the "I'm So Proud of You" from Go Graduate Plus and the little fish from Cute Cats

Wow! What a great moment to capture and what a great way to do it! I don't scrapbook, but if I did, your style here would definitely be one of my faves!

This page captures the heart of the moment SO beautifully! It's such a great photo- a moment of fun for both your son and your niece. What a lovely tribute you created!
