 | | Well, I went to bed very late, but have a headache that gets worse when I lie down, so I got up again and decided to stamp a second card for today's sketch challenge aiming towards using the sketch right way up.
I had just finished commenting on Harriet's card here:
SC375 Love Remains by hskelly at Splitcoaststampers
that I liked her use of leaves to make up the crossed pieces. I decided to us my MS vine border punch again and I had a circle piece in my scrap pile from another card I did a couple of weeks ago and decided to use that as well. The card grew from there with lots of punching and shaping of flowers.
I apologize for the quality of the scan. I tried taking pictures of this card and the other one I posted and I think I got pretty good pictures, but I can't get my reader to read the camera card, so back to the scanner. It's a bit blurry because it's hard to scan with that much dimension. But you are not seeing double on the vine. Neither color green looked quite right by itself, so I layered them. I also layered two colors of the butterfly. |
