The flowers are cut with the Cuttlebug die Asterisk and the blossoms are attached to the card to a couple layers of a heavy carpet tape from a dollar store so it has just enough height to let the stem slip under the blossom as its being glued to the card with AleeneÂ’s tacky glue along with the leaves.
The two larger flower centers come with the Asterisk die and the smaller is cut with the CB die Tiny Tags.
The top panel I also attached with the carpet tape but with more layers of the tape.
The buckle heart from EK Success was a layer of designer paper and the cardstock glued together to create some stability then covered with AleeneÂ’s Paper Glaze for a shine raised finish.
The ribbon is recycled from an infant set of receiving blankets and this held them together in the package just to look pretty. After threading through the heart buckle a small single layer piece of the carpet tape was attached to secure it to the card and each end is tape to the back side of the panel.
The insert had a strip of the polka dot side of the paper glued to the bottom edge.
The envelope has a strip of the polka dot paper at the bottom and strip of the opposite side – the strip glued just above it.
