WT360 Birthday Wishes again & again & again

Toni challenged us to act like Bill Murray in Ground Hog Day and do something on our cards over and over. Well I used my wish stamp to make a little dp background AND I punched out a cupcake to match the SU DP cupcake background.
I've had this card in my head ever since I got this DP from a friend..........the ribbon is by American Crafts but almost matches the DP perfectly.
Had a great time making this card.This card is for my dear friend Paula.
Thanks for a fun challenge.
