Thanks again to Penny Strawberry who inspired me and gave me instructions! Last month, I posted some birthday cards I made using her technique, then I made some Christmas cards, and these ornaments are actually the result of some scraps that didn't have a home!!
A blessed Christmas season to you all!

I got the directions from Penny Strawberry, here on SCS. These are the directions that I followed...except for these ornaments, I think I used two 3 3/4" squares (the 3" squares would fit on a card front).
Have fun...and be warned...they are addictive

It's pretty easy when you get the white background put together. It is two 3 x 3 squares taped together to make the "star" shape. I used the 1 3/8 square punch for my pattern pieces. I first taped just the top of each pattern piece to the white background leaving a white border. I also go back to a card already made to make sure I'm overlapping them right. The last pattern piece is the hardest cause you have to stick it under the first patter piece. After all the pattern pieces are taped to the CS at the top I go back and tape them again so they stick to each other. I use these ahsesive squares and it makes it easy to tape together.

The flower is from the lace ribbon border punch...I used a 3/4" circle punch to punch it out of the "ribbon". You could just cut it out of the "ribbon" too.
