Hi there Shelly Mae! What a great card this is for Elsie! It has the ooey gooey, the cupcake, the violet pansies, and of course all of the fancy schmancy embellishments to make it as special as it is! I love the soft feminine feel of it and what better thing to put on a cupcake? Its lovely!
