My CAS CC343 Thanksgiving card using the color combo Tangerine Tango, More Mustard, Soft Suede and neutral..Very Vanilla. Dessert was a Thanksgiving card.
I used the new "Always Thankful" SU stamp set from the Holiday Mini. I really like this format. I cut the Very Vanilla 6" x 6 1/2" and folded at 3" for a 3 x 6 1/2" card. Then added a piece of More Mustard CS cut at 3 1/8" x 6 6/8" to give the Very Vanilla a 1/16th More Mustard edge. Then you get a nice tall and skinny format with the inside all finished. The inside is finished with the thankful sentiment from the stamp set and the pumpkin.
All very Clean and Simple and perfect for either a fall or Thanksgiving card. Thanks Joanne for great fall colors for this weeks challenge.
We made this card for my SU Hostess Club party on monday, but used watercolor pencils and a blender pen to color the images. Worked great too. Enjoy..

Fantastic card Nancy. I love the idea of layering the card on a panel like that. I haven't done that in ages and forgot how great it looks. I bet your gals loved making this one.

This is so pretty, and you used the elongated format to great advantage. Mounting the whole thing to the mustard cardstock adds a unique twist. I couldn't view this card when you sent a link, but am able to see it going directly to your gallery today. It was worth tracking it down.
