 | | Pianos, easy - and I'm counting my keys as black and white stripes. I'm still on the lookout for a nice flute stamp, since I play myself. After reading Cindy's write-up for this week I'd love one of those thin crispy sugar cookies with a cherry in the centre - but as I haven't had time to bake since we got back from holidays, I'll just share my salted caramels round.
Base is 5 1/2" square, cut from some music patterned glitter card. Penny Black image stamped on Bristol Board and coloured with distress inks, then layered on black. HA sentiment sponged with red, and music eyelets added, then I popped it up on foam. Flowers cut with Tattered Florals die, edges sponged with blue and a brad added. The flourishes are just thin strips of the music curled round a knitting needle. |
