Today is day three of Mark's Finest Papers Blog Hop and we are showcasing the "Covered Bridges" stamp set.
This set sure brings back memories for me from when I lived in New England. I wanted to capture the feel of a cold morning after a snowfall when the sun comes up and shines on the new fallen snow. A most treasured memory for me as I never see snow anymore.
I used "Snow-Writer" now available at Michaels in the Christmas Ornament section to get the dimension on the trees, roof and snowbanks. I sprinkled it with glitter to make the "snow" glisten. The Snowflakes are Marthat Stewart, the pearl flourished-Prima. The image is mounted on Spellbinders die cuts. Ribbon, Glitter, and a glittery red sprig fern rounds out my card.
Thanks for taking a peak today. I'll be back again tomorrow with the last and final blog hop card. Take care and see you soon!
