IC300-Pomegranate Merci Butterfly

Poster: ohmypaper!

This is for the "Inspiration" challenge. I was inspired by http://www.pomegranateinc.com/tablel...mbroidery.html the pink embroidered butterfly. Pink is my favorite color so I zoomed right in on that.

I embossed resist the butterfly using Shabby pink and brick red to ink the wings, cut it out and glued it on top of the inked butterfly in brick red. I folded the wings in a little so the inked butterfly wings can peek out. The leaves are colored pencils with a little Gamsol for blending.
