When I saw the challenge today I could hardly wait to play! You see, before stamping I tole painted. So I have lot's of paints and patterns and such.
Got a late start on this one due to my coffee maker breaking. Okay, just the carafe broke, but after weighing the "buy a new carafe or buy a new coffee maker" the coffee maker won. Can't wait till tomorrow morning! now...my card....
Found a quick pattern from one of my books that just happened to be apples which goes with the "back to school" theme today. I then traced it and put it onto an already gessoed piece of cs. Took out my acrylic paints and brushes and wal-la, my card was born.
Layered it with green AC cs then put on a black AC cs that I added a ribbon/bow to.
Well, hope you like what I painted. Have a great evening ya'll. I shall return later after dinner......TFL :0)

Cathy...your card literally POPS OUT from the rest of the gallery thumbnails. It is sensational. Love your apples...especially the one with the bites out of it. GREAT painting!
