I made a Center Step Card using our FABULOUS Cafe Scarlette stamp set which you can get at www.totallystampalicious.com ! The dp is velvet and I purchased it at my local scrapbook store. I colored my images with copics and used my nesties to cut her out. The punches I used were my eyelet scallop border, scalloped oval, oval and circle punch. I used gold and black cs from SU for layering.
