WT337 It's all about music

Here is my card for the ' Ways To Use It Challenge '.
The theme for this week is: Recycling
WT337 - Recycling! (08-24-11) by clarhan at Splitcoaststampers

Don't throw damaged or old cd's away
Here is an other way to give them a second life.

Take a deep plate and put just enough water in it to cover the cd .
Put it in to the microwave for about 15 sec.
If it is not enough, put it back for a little bit more, but be careful because the cd will produce sparkles in the microwave, and this should not go on too long !!

What a cool card!! I love the icey looking CD with the music and the french horn. Who would have thought to microwave an old CD?!! It sure does add a lot of interest.

How interesting!! I've coloured CDs with alcohol ink, but I've never come across this way of crackling them before. Thank you for sharing.
