I had to make one last card for the DTGD challenges . I was admiring the paper beads Clownmom had made on a card last night (I never got round to trying the tutorial when it was in the Inkling) . And when I was awake in the night the 1" x 12" strips that were left from my origami diamond fold were calling to me saying *use me, use me*. I didn't have any suitable toothpicks (the only ones I have aren't round), so I used my very thinnest knitting needle.
A2 Bazzill base. Blue card is Bazzill Bling, paper is Basic Grey Blush, corners punched with Fiskars Heritage corner punch. I stamped the Pink Cat Studio cat on watercolour paper and coloured her with H2Os, and then layered it up on the turquoise Bazzill. Beads were made with scraps of Sassafras Lass paper from yesterday. I cut the strips for the brown shaped beads longer - 6" instead of 4, and sprinkled them with turquoise glitter while the Glossy Accents was still wet. They're threaded onto silver cord, with more tied round the spine of the card. Turquoise Stickles was added to the corners of the DP.
