I covered two birds & two shells with paper on the stamp so I could omit them. I then stamped the image with the Timber Brown ink. Then I inked & stamped again on a piece of Weathered (bg) stamped paper. I cut out just the frame & sponged it. Then I inked the image again, this time with Choc. Chip Craft & stamped it on Vellum cardstock. I embossed it with Hologram Highlights ep to add a little sparkle to the scene. I colored the scene on the back of the vellum to give it a stained glass look. The white frothy waves were colored with the 3D Ink Glaze Sakura Pen to add a raised wet look. The birds & shell were colored with the blender pen & ink.
The frame & vellum scene are taped together & adheared to the card with pop dots.

What a peaceful inspired design ... I love how the layout just draws your eye through the design ... and what a great way to frame that scene ... thanks so much for joining me this week for some IC fun.
