I covered two birds & two shells with paper on the stamp so I could omit them. I then stamped the image with the Timber Brown ink. Then I inked & stamped again on a piece of Weathered (bg) stamped paper. I cut out just the frame & sponged it. Then I inked the image again, this time with Choc. Chip Craft & stamped it on Vellum cardstock. I embossed it with Hologram Highlights ep to add a little sparkle to the scene. I colored the scene on the back of the vellum to give it a stained glass look. The white frothy waves were colored with the 3D Ink Glaze Sakura Pen to add a raised wet look. The birds & shell were colored with the blender pen & ink.
The frame & vellum scene are taped together & adheared to the card with pop dots.

Yvonne this is gorgeous! You should frame it and hang it on your wall. You have captured the essence of the ocean, the gulls, the waves washing on the shore. Truly a work of art. tfs

What a pretty scene, excellent job with your inspiration, love the narrow panel and stamping outside the frame, looks similar to a photo I have hanging in my house.
