This week Stampinb’s challenge was to make a beach scene including sand. Using innovativestampcreations.com ‘Picturesque’ stamp I created the beach scene. Then I stamped an image from SU ‘Summer by the Sea’. An oval die cut was used for the layers. Only the focal was colored using reinkers. Real sand and punched butterflies were added. The saying is a quote from Jacques Cousteau.
One of my all time favorite colors, SUCool
Caribbean, helped highlight the use of the black and white paper.

You really nailed this challenge Jan. The b/w b/g with the beautiful pop of cool carribean turned this into a real winner. I love that image and coloring and the touch of real sand. Way 2 go. Thanks for joining the B's this week and hope you'll come play again next week!
