This week the TSC is to make a card with an Americana theme and remember what is good about this country. Our friend Marc has a birthday on the 4th of July, so my card is to celebrate his day.
The bg circle reminds me of baseball, and good times. The stars represent the Star Spangled Banner theme and the freedoms we have in this country. I hope you have time to look at the cards submitted for this theme, they are amazing and bring hope!
Please play along with the Twisted Sisters and add your Americana themed card. Add TSC0701 to your key words, so we can enjoy your work as well!

What a wonderful card you've made for your friend! It truly represents Americana! In my family, the men would say this also represent the Chicago Cubs! Anyway, you did a beautiful job. Thanks for sharing your creativity.

What a great card! My sister's birthday is the 4th of July also and she is a huge baseball fan. This card would be perfect for her! Too bad her card is already in the mail, but I did use red, white and blue and the star embossing folder. I'll have to remember this for next year!

Very cool Americana birthday card. Love the embossed stars, the way you did the bakers twine, and the baseball themed sentiment. Super job with all these boy cards this weekend - even if I have no idea what color they are (they look good blue). Hugz!!!!!

Well, I am finally here - but no better day for this one than the 4th of July!!!!
Your card is the embodiment of all that is AMERICAN, Sis-red, white and blue, the Stars and Stripes of our flag, baseball, and the implied message of hot dogs and apple pie too!! Our country's freedoms - what a beautiful message - and I bet Mark loves his card too!!
Thanks for this wonderful challenge - and God bless us all!
