The color challenge pushed me to do a card that I have wanted to make for awhile. DS's GF took some stunning photos of the Cherry Blossom festival in Fukoi City, Japan one of which was petals on a mat on the sidewalk. The petals were very bright and Mambo is very near the shade. I once again CASEd Harriet's one layer card for the layout: CC320 May Your Weeds Be Wildflowers by hskelly at Splitcoaststampers
To make a mask for the sponging, I cut a piece of copy paper in half and folded it to A2 size. I then centered a rectangle nestie on one side and cut it...I how have a reusable "folder" for sponging. I realize that most of you had probably already figured this out, but was proud that this ole brain could come up with a clean and easy way of doing it. I used both SU and Copic markers and if I did this again would use the Copics first and highlight with SU. PT- 1 (The folder, Pamzi!)
Thanks so much for looking and have a peaceful day.

Love it and you've colored and sponged it beautifully. It took a while but I have learned to love sponging.

How BEAUTIFUL!! A lovely CAS card and a gorgeous composition. I love how that one branch artfully pushes out of your masked box. Way to go on this one!
