This is what I've found for storing those pesky edge punches, SU and EK success type. The IRIS 8x8 container is my solution.
Since the interior of the box isn't perfectly straight on two sides, 18 punches will fit in just a certain way.
Here is what i worked out: the 4 outer rows on each side will have 2 punches turned opposite direction so they nestle together. Notice that the those 4 rows on both ends of the front column start with their tops pointing outward , and pointing inward on both ends of the back column. Then there is just enough space left in the middle for the last 2 punches to not so perfectly nestle. they have to overlap a little more due to the width of the container getting more narrow right there. That is how they fit the nicest into this container. It is a smaller container, so each doesn't get too heavy and they stack nicely (again, a running theme).
