I am fairly new to the SCS Community but this week I decided to try to do all of the challenges and post them in my tiny little gallery! I really didn't think anyone outside of my little circle of stamping friends would notice BUT...NOT SO! I have been graciously welcomed by so many people and one of those ladies was Marie! She left me a couple of very sweet and encouraging comments in my gallery so when I saw that she had actually been named Queen for the Day, I was really excited and wanted to do something a little special for her! I have to admit, when I first saw the announcement, I didn't know exactly what that meant, but I recognized Marie's screen name so I did a little research. I loved looking through her gallery and my eye was caught by a really pretty black and white orchid card. I wanted to do something along that line, but also have some fun with it.....so, here it is, my tribute to Marie....Queen for the Day! I think I speak for all of us when I say this is a well deserved honor! Congratulations, Marie!

What a wonderful card design .... the Best of Cluck stamp set is a favorite of mine and I love how you've used it with the chicken wire background. Great work!!
