Remembrance PPA99 & SC338,

I have a twofer today. This is a second submission for SC338 and a first for PPA99.

I'll be sending this to a dear friend who lost her grandson in Sep, 2010. He died in Afghanistan from an IED. As Julu 4th approaches, I hope we all remember those who have given their lives!
