Here is a frame that I had fun altering. It is my June submission for the Bible Verse Challenge. I thought this verse from Nahum 1:7 was so encouraging and it went pretty good with the elements I decided to use. As a bird finds refuge in a birdcage, we too can find refuge in the Lord!
The paper I used is from The Angel Company. The frame started off as a cheap looking white frame, so I got to crack open my new Tim Holtz distress crackle paint and play with it for the first time. I really like the distressed look! I used my Cricut to cut out the chipboard bird, birdcage, and swirls. The two window openings on the right side are magnetic, so pictures can easily be added and changed. I also turned the bird into a magnet so it can be used or removed. I had a lot of fun playing with this frame and am pretty happy with the outcome, so I am sure I will be making more! Hope this inspires you to try the new crackle distress paint, if you haven't already. TFL

Wow, this is fabulous! Love how you altered the frame and this encouraging verse - I haven't used it on a card before, but I'm going to now! The little details are beautiful!
