 | | This is a card I created over on Crafter's Digital Art Center. The digital stamp is offered for free in the Color Challenge #25 for the next couple of weeks by Paper Fashions, Etc.
I colored the image with Copics, chalked light blue around the image to mimmick the sky. I used Nesties, and MS Border punch, and that was about it. Fairly quick and easy.
