The polka dots are just printed paper (non SU), but you can make something similar with an anywhere hole punch. You punch through 1 layer of paper, then put a layer of paper in a different color under the first. You can then punch more holes through both layers, revealing a third color. I don't know if I explained that very well, so here's a link to a picture of one (I hope this works!):
I love this card!!! It is beautiful!!! The colors are perfect!!! I am curious to know what you used to get a perfect scalloped tag where the baby is stamped? is that from a scalloped punch? Also, where did you find that cool polka dot paper? Do you know who makes it?

I'm glad you like it! The scalloped tag is a Marvy punch - I believe it is the "Giga" sized punch. I bought it with a 40% off coupon at Joanne's Crafts. Both of the patterned papers are Making Memories, from the Cosmopolitan Collection. I bought a pad of 48 6"x6" sheets (it has 12 different patterns in it) at Recollections, a scrapbook store. I've seen it sold as full 12"x12" sheets as well. They have the same patterns in a blue/brown print so I bought that one, too! Love them!

Thank you Jess-Witty for all of the info! I will have to check my local craft stores in hopes to find the punch and paper!!! I want to see how this paper would look with the Sweet Treats set(I don't have it yet, but it is on my wish list) Thanks again!
