I'm so excited that Becky is Queen for the Day. What an incredibly beautiful soul she is...we've known each other for a few years thru our former SU hostess club. She should be called "Remarkable Rebecca"...she came to my family's side a few years ago when we hit a bump, and we had only known each other a short while. You will never meet anyone so dedicated to family, faith and friends as Rebecca.

So this is the card I made based on her card here:
Dream - open tri-shutter by bigfootbecky at Splitcoaststampers and used up a fair number of scraps of retired DP and cardstock.

What a beautiful card and story. Those are some cool "scraps." I love this shape of card but it doesn't come very easy to me and yours is perfect!

What an awesome tri-shutter designed card. I think you have rocked the technique with this fabulous card. Isn't it fun to know SCS people in real life? I know how special that is. I am sure that Becky will love seeing a card for her reign as Queen.

Arleen! It's so great to see you in the QFTD gallery! You just had to pick something complicated to case, eh? You're not one for doing things the easy way, that's for sure. Great shutter card and wonderful use of dsp laying around. I finally just did one. It was a little time intensive, but well worth the effort!

I love this, this is so gorgeous! Beautiful fun fold card. I've never made one like this before. You really nailed it!!! Great use of patterned paper. Absolutely super job with this!

Don't you just LOVE trifold shutter cards?? They do take a little more time but you took Becky's lead and made such a peaceful card with those great scraps of DP = wonderful result!! A true honor and tribute to Becky!!
