Another one for today's Way's to Use it silhouette challenge. The typewriter is stamped on dp and cut with Nesties Circles. I added an eyelet and ribbon before popping up over the strip of dp and ric rac. Finished off by adding three buttons. I do remember typewriters, but "in my day" they were electric!!

oh Bridget this is just fantastic, love that vintage typewritter. Kids today have no idea what a manual typewritter is or how it works. TeeHee. That is what I learned to type on. Hum how old does that make me? :-0

Darling card, Bridget. I confess, I remember the old Royal Typewriters! My grandma had one and I loved to type on it!! She passed it on to me -and then my son loved to type when he was just 5 or 6. Remember duplicate carbon copy paper!!!
I do!!!!That is a wonderful card and a great layout!! Oh how fun!!! The ribbon is a great accent -and your papers are fabulous!!! Thanks for the memories!!

Adorable card! I remember them too but...I can remember having one to play with when I was little that wasn't electric! The keys would always get stuck together. My first "work" typewriter was electric and the computer was half as big as my office!
