I used these baby sock shoes for my inspiration today and played from the bear in blue and colors from the socks.
Prismacolor pencils, baby oil and paper stumps were used to color the image using the Gamsol technique. Baby oil replaces the Gamsol/mineral spirits.
The cherry was stamped a second time in red, cut out and placed over the original one, shaded with pencils and covered with Paper Glaze.
-The out of the box feature is very easy by cutting to the image with the regular paper cutter on the front, marking the image on the back while holding to a light source then use the paper cutter again to cut to that mark. Scissor cut the image out. My paper cutter is a guillotine style. If needed, I used a Coluzzle and craft knife to cut between the images. I do have a pictorial on my blog if you need photos, click here. ItÂ’s a direct link to the tutorial.
Diagonal Computer Printed Background:
-I needed a quick background for a card and came up with this idea to create one.
On the computer I made each margin .25” and ignored the pop up that told me I needed to change the one margin size (actually I love to annoy the computer as much as it annoys me).
-The next step is to type out your words, I used: Ice Cream –
-I typed this twice, cut and paste until the line was full, then cut and paste the full line several times, then cut the larger area and continued cutting the larger area and pasting until the page was full
-I cut a piece of cardstock 4.25" x 5.5" and placed a very small piece of double sided tape at opposite corners.
-Place the cardstock on printer paper diagonally so those opposite taped corners are placed in the middle of the paper. The size of printer paper will depend on the size of panel you're using.
The Zero Hero ruler comes in handy for this project. I found mine at Michael's for less than $3.00
-Now it's ready to run through the printer.
-Carefully remove the taped corners from the paper and itÂ’s ready to assemble.

This is how I looked all week! I ate ice cream, cookies, M&Ms - it was a bad week!!!!! Love this card - that image is such a cutie and your layout is perfect for it. The coolest thing other than the image is how you did your bg - you definitely had your creative hat on this morning!
