For today's Ways to Use It challenge we're to use gradient inking - I used the flourish from Elements of Style and inked it in Pretty in Pink and Rose Romance along the edges - I wasn't real happy with it, to me it just ended up looking like I hadn't inked the stamp well enough or stamped properly! Oh well, a lot of it is covered with flowers anyway. I stamped the white panel, glued it onto the pink card base, then cut an aperture with a Nesties Circle. The flowers are done with SU punches - the edges are sponged and I cut through to the center, glueing an overlap so the flowers stand up for dimension - there are two punched and layered for each flower. I curled the petals with the handle of a paintbrush. I then stamped the sentiment inside and added a ribbon and pearls for flower centers. The leaves are done with an EK Success punch. This is for a friends birthday and I'll be handing her the card personally, the flowers would probably squash if sent in the mail.

Gotta go on a search for that pretty leaf punch. My leaf punches are my most used punches. I love this one and your gorgeous flowers.
