Here in Southeast Georgia for the last month most mornings it is only in the 20's and we are just not used to that here. So for my first card for 2011, I though I would do this adorable snowman from Inkadinkadoo.
I have been practicing with my Copic markers and loved the way the shading in the hat looked. I let my imagination run wild and decided to do the card brown because of the hat. I just love the warmth the brown accents bring to the design.

Just love this darling image and you've coloured it fabulously, Carol Loving those sparkly/clear snowflakes behind the image and what a fun PATP punch. Great Winter/Christmas card.

W E L C O M E B A C K Bearzi. We were lost without you. OMG, you came back with a bang on this one. Look at those details and sparkle. I love images colored with copics, but I haven't been able to spend the time and $ to learn more how to use them. They are fantastic. You look like you're learning quickly. SO good to see you on the site. My crystal ball says this took 5-6 hours to make. More time than putting up and taking down 4 Christmas trees!!! LOL!!

Wow - love this card. You know I love snowmen and right now I am so into browns so of course I was drawn to this one. I always enjoy looking at all the little extras you add like the corner adornments, the sparkles, and the pearls. Fabulous card. You are fast becoming a Copic master.

Frightful indeed!! Not the card, the weather. Your card is wonderful - love that PATP border and your sweet snowman. Great job on this!! We are currently sitting at -21C (-5F) which is the warmest (!!!) it has been for several days. Um. Not so warm really!!! It has snowed for days. Roads are icky. Not liking winter so much. Well, not at all really. But I LOVE your card! So good to 'see' you in the gallery Bearzi. Big Bear hugz to you!

This is just so lovely, Carol! I'm glad you went with brown for the card--it really is so warm and inviting. All of your glimmery, glittery accents are so wonderful for this snowman card and I love how you framed your image in pearls. Such a beauty!
