I wanted to try & make a Christmas vintage card using my new Flutter Anya from The Greeting Farm. I used SU creamy caramel as the base, sponged the edges with Tim Holtz brown distress ink. The spotted dp is My Mind's Eye as well as the small glittery piece with the flowers. I stamped postage lines with black stazon in random spaces on the dotted dp. I stamped the Flutter Anya with black stazon onto SU Creamy Caramel, colored her with SU markers, added tiny adhesive pearls to her dress. I used the 2 way glue on the tip of her wings, then sprinkled Diamond Dust to give her sparkles. I sponged around her with SU Sage Shadow ink and around the edges I sponged with the brown distress ink. I adhered a piece of cream lace towards the bottom, then wrapped a piece of red twine, then tied a bow onto the button. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon on SU Creamy Caramel cs, used the SU ticket corner punch and sponged the edges with brown distress ink. I added 2 small adhesive pearls to the top of the sentiment. I also added small adhesive pearls to the dotted dp. I added lite teal pearl brads to the centers of the flowers, then adhered them on the card with my hot glue gun. I sponged all edges of the dp's. On the light teal flower, I used the 2 way glue and added Diamond Dust too.
I'm beginning to like making vintage cards, this is my 2nd one.
