When I saw this faux postage technique, I knew it would be perfect for the Memory Box Fred P. Bear {C1409} stamp. I colored each scarf with my Prismacolor pencils matching the colors in the Memory Box Tinsel paper. I didn't dress this up too much because I wanted to show off the "postage." I think Fred P.
