Very Easy! Stippled black acrylic paint on the shiny side. I put black cardstock on the back. After acrylic dries, stipple on lumiere. I do 2 - 3 coats of Lumiere. On the last coat I used very little gold pearlex and stippled it in. Used stazon to stamp paint prints and numbers. I got the internals from a dish clock from the $store. I just take it apart and use it.

How cool is this??!! Love the poinsettias on the clock face and the contrast with the black numbers and hands. Great idea, and awesome job carrying it out - thanks for sharing!
