Tommy is stamped with memento black then stamped with bashful blue including stamps of little presents and stars. Then he's colored with prismacolors and painted with perfect pearls and water. The image panel is cut with nesties and popped up on a happy birthday cb ef. The blue bg panel is stamped in white witht he same presents and stars. Tommy has just come from the nail salon and has lovely green toenails and a new tie to say Happy Birthday to my DH on Nov 1.
