Great easy sketch today Rox, canÂ’t believe it is number 300. WOW, thatÂ’s a lot of sketches. Congratulations!!!!......On to the detailsÂ…..
I tried a few new to me techniques here. Here we go, from the back to the front:
On a kraft card I did the letterpress technique from Stamp TV. I used the leaf branch folder from cb. Put peeled paint on it first, then ran it through the cb making debossed colored leaves. Way cool looking IRL. Took black acrylic paint, wet toothbrush and splattered paint over top. Also added some white enamel dots.
Panels 2-a & b were made by doing a crayon rubbed embossing. I found this tutorial from understandblue Problem I had was I didnÂ’t have a white crayon. I carefully put it somewhere where I wouldnÂ’t lose it and of course I have no idea where that is. hehe So, I used a blue candle, white perhaps would have been better, but I only had blue. Did the technique on two pieces of white cs. One I brayered on red pepper, the other butterscotch.
My image today is from Rubbernecker Stamps . I love these birch trees. Heck, I love ALL birch trees! Colored these with prisma pencils, gamsol and w/c pencils.
Put all my panels on my kraft card flipping the sketch, popping up the image one which I made into a circle instead of a square, took the photo, edited it and now you are looking at it. hehe
Well, hope you all had a great day and that tomorrow is even a better oneÂ…Â…TFL :0)

This beckoned to me as I was about to switch tabs in Firefox. Not only is it stunningly beautiful, but you should get some sort of award for the most effective use of techniques, resources, etc.!!!

Wow, this is really pretty. Love how the center trees just pop out at you. I like how the crayon technique came out. I saw something like that on stamp TV and went out and bought crayons to get a white one and they are still sitting in the box. Your card has given me inspiration. Thanks.
