I used the new SU background stamp Christmas Collage and my old Colorbox option pad inks for the rainbow effect and then embossed the whole thing with Iridescent Ice embossing powder. It is so sparkly and shimmery in real life but I couldn't capture that with the photo. Finished with some white organdy ribbon and used Bermuda Bay and Ruby Red card base.
