VSN Challenge card. For the "D" challenge to make a card with the camping theme as inspiration. I am not a camper although I love the outdoors. I do enjoy staying at the state and national parks lodges and cabins. We took our children on a 'western US" vacation and one of our stops was the Grand Canyon. We stayed in a cabin there. Every morning an elk would be outside our cabin eating the greenery from one of the trees. That is one BIG animal- very intimidating when you're six feet away.

This is beautifully done! I love the way you mixed the fibers here to border the stamped image then add the cross-stitch accents in the corners. Very nice take on the challenge!

What a great card! I'm amazed at people who can think of those little additions like cross stitches. When I'm doing the VSN challenges, I can barely think of what image to use and get it stamped on the card before my time runs out. You inspire me.

The stripes and the twine look so perfect with this image.
