Poor gullible Gil. He left the deep blue sea because he thinks things are better in Idaho. That silly school of fish he hangs around with, the Silver Fins, taught him a bad lesson. You've heard of fish tales, haven't you? Well, they told Gil a big whopper & he fell for it hook, line, and sinker. Didn't anyone ever tell him he shouldn't be basking in the sun? If he keeps that up, all you'll need is a side of fries and you'd have a happy meal. Now Gil's fishy friends are real worried about leading Gil astray and what the great Fish-Father will think when he finds out. Boy are they in trouble! Well Guido, the fastest fish in the sea has gathered the Silver Fins and has a plan. He grabbed his fishing pole and surf board, yes fish have recreational tools too, and has a plan. He will use the hook on his fishing pole to snag the basket and pull it back into the sea along with Gullible Gil. He'll stand on the surf board in order to cast the line better and the Silver Fins will be his motor to drag him and Gil back out to sea. Here's hoping the plan works before Fish-Father gets wind of what's going on. Now is this a real fish tale or what. Hugs, Trish
P.S. I drew the inside scene. I copied a basket image I had available but everything else I drew to go with my story.

Hey, why didn't I think of that! Trying to teach these fish to fish all day when we coulda been teaching them to surf with a fish motor....and a pole hooked to Gill before he turns into a happy meal........Girl, do they pay you to think like that???? If your plan works, there might must be a little bonus in it from the Silver Fins!
This is awesome.....so creative and fun! Can't believe all you teapotters that can draw! I am thinking the teapotters are really a bunch of arteests!!! Wow, such talent! Really cute card! Tea hee.......
