Goodmorning everyone! Last week we had a week off from the Tiddly Inks challenge blog, and today we are starting again with a new fun challenge. This week we want to see cards or other projects with a window. I have chosen to make a bookmark. I thought it would be fun to add a window to a bookmark, so you can see the page through the bookmark. The image I used is Versa bugg and you can find it here in the Tiddly Inks shop. This image is so perfect for a bookmark! I have coloured the little bug with my pencils and I coloured her eyes with a black glaze pen. Her wings were coloured with a clear spica glitter pen, but you can't see that on the picture. After I coloured the image, I cut it out and that was really difficult with all those tiny hearts. I made the bookmark from a piece of pink Bazzil swiss dots paper. I cut a strip of 8 bij 27 cm and then I folded it in half. I cut a window out of the front with the oval nestabilities and I added a white frame around it. I wrapped a white ribbon around thebottom of the bookmark.
Inside the bookmark I added a little magnet on the one side and on the other side I placed a little metal ring, this way the bookmark doesn't fall out of your book that easily. To hide the magnet and ring I added a little piece of the pink paper on top of it.
