CAS78 Dotty Owl

This is for today's CAS78, Ways to Use Polka Dots.

This image is a sneak peek of a cool set from Mark's Finest Papers--Owl Be There--which will be released next week. I used chalks and Versamark ink to color this solid image, and I *finally* used the sketch from CAS72, which I loved and never got a chance, until now, to try out.

This is also for the Stampin'B challenge to make a birthday card!
