Hi! This card was made for today's Featured Stamper: ravengirl. I chose this card to CASE, (Copy And Save Everything).
I really love sea horses. In my former life, (when my oldest son was very young), I had a salt water tank full of seahorses! It was so very wonderful to sit in the dark, with the tank light on, and stare for hours at those beautiful creatures!
So, today, when I saw the card to be cased, I thought of the seahorses! I changed the stamp set to this Sneak Peek set: Flourished Sea Creatures; added twine, and charm and dots. I stamped the image in Adirondack's Espresso, and cut it out. Next, I sponged on Nude Palette Ink and then Adirondack's Ginger and Espresso. The background was sponged in with Cote d' Azure to create the sea. I stamped in the seaweed in Adirondack and stamped the crackled background in Ginger across the bottom.
The bottom of the card base was embossed with a New Spellbinders Impress.
Finished card size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Total time to complete: 32 minutes

I always know your cards will be spectacular, and just as I thought, there is no disapointment with this one.....It is amazing, with the usual vibrant coloring. What an elegant and wonderful seahorse. Awesome charm and embossing! TFS. : )
