Completed for the Color Challenge (CC279) and to send on to Mark. See his story at Forums at Splitcoaststampers.
Since my SU order arrived on Thursday, I was able to use the new colors: Marina Mist, Cherry Cobble, and Wild Wasabi. I used Crumb Cake for the card base. Using a stamp from US KOM 3/10, I die-cut out the stamped image and a piece of CS with Spellbinders Nestabilities Label 10 (#3 and #4),. I colored the image with Copic markers and added some brads. I used Tim Holtz's embossing folder, Patchwork, large to emboss an image on the Cherry Cobbler. I used Tim Holtz's On the Edge die (Scallops) to die cut the edges of two pieces of CS. Layering everything together, I used dimensionals to give the main image some height. Using Inksentials blending tool, I added Distress Ink (Shabby Shutters) to the card base.
These were fun colors to use!
