I made this birthday card for my mother-in-law using some of my new October Afternoon Thrift Shop DP. It seems that PTI's Blooming Button Bits is my "go-to" stamp set these days. I hope to have some more free time to stamp now that school is out, but it'll have to be in between camping trips! ;)
To ruffle the ribbon I used a gather stitch on the sewing machine.
