This card was made for Innovative Stamp Creations recent release, but I had not uploaded to SCS yet. I use chalks for my skies ALL the time. Sometimes I first do some layering with ink and then 'smudge' chalk to 'even' it out. Basically, any card with a sky in my gallery probably has some chalk on it.
Thanks for looking.

Chalk for skies? Never even considered it! Love the punching and brads. Great coloring, GF!

Truly a stand-out card! I love the idea of using chalks for the skies; skies and butterflies both have that soft, subtle look that only chalks can bring!!

So pretty! What a warm, rich scene you created! Thanks for the tip about the chalked sky--I think it would look very real with the softness of the chalks!
