Gina K has a new BG technique video on Stamp TV called Recessed Diamond Background. It's fun, easy and gives a subtle texture...love the possibilities! I decided to use this with the Color Throwdown Challenge this week. I took a panel of Not Quite Navy CS and scored it on my Scor-Pal then wiped the entire surface with Not Quite Navy ink. I tried my hand at dyeing seam binding by spraying it with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, bunching it up in a plastic baggie overnight to create crinkles. Then I used one of Verve's great Plain Jane verses as the focal point of the card. Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to head over to the Color Throwdown site and join in the challenge...
