Miss SmilynStef asked me to make a card for the inspiration challenge. I recommended the Crate and Barrell site a very long time ago, so this took me by surprise.
I really liked many things about their website, but on this occassion, I went to the candle section. I really was inspired by the colors of the candle holders found here: http://www.crateandbarrel.com/family...c=1340&f=35778
I usd lovely lilac, certain celery, and tempting turquoise as my color pallete.
I used lovely lilac as the base, then certain celery as the back panel which I ran thru the cb (script) ef.
I grabbed my fresh cuts set, and my nesties. I used certain celery, tempting turq, and lovely lilac markers to create the image. I matted it on tempting turq and added a ribbon.
Unfortunately as I was tying my ribbon my fingernail snagged it so there is a little bump in the ribbon, but other than that, I am totally happy with this card.
I think it is a vibrant and cool summer card.
tfl and thanks Stef for asking me to make a card for the IC.
